Project Overview
Located beside the Agrasen Senior Citizen Home in Bangalore, this 411-square-metre guest house was designed to create a comfortable and modern environment for visiting families. The project focused on maximizing space while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The four-floor guest house includes seven thoughtfully designed rooms, featuring four double rooms and three single rooms. Each room includes a private kitchenette and living area, offering guests a complete home-away-from-home experience.

Design Concept
The design embraces a modern monochrome palette combined with warm natural textures to create a calm and elegant atmosphere. Sage green wallpapers, plush velvet headboards, and wooden finishes add depth and sophistication to the interiors.
The existing architectural style was preserved while introducing contemporary elements that blend seamlessly with the surrounding senior citizen home.
